Giorgia attended her first year of university in Paris, and she got her Bachelor degree in Law at the University of Turin with a dissertation in commercial criminal law.

She is a member of Italian Bar Association since October 2005 and she is entitled to represent clients before the Italian High Court (Corte di Cassazione) since November 2017.

After two years in primary studies specializing in advertising law and commercial criminal law, she spent one-year of internship in Munich (Germany) in a law firm specialized in industrial law.

She went back to Italy and she has specialized in food law in the law firm of her father Gianclaudio; she assists the food business operators during the production, presentation and distribution of the product, supporting them in relations with suppliers, consumers, trade, and with trade associations and public authorities, including with regard to crisis management and to special situations, both in litigation and non contentious matters.

She is author of several publications and she usually is a speaker at seminars and courses dedicated specifically to the field of food law.

She speaks English, French and German.

Antonio got his bachelor Degree in Law at University of Turin, with a dissertation on criminal procedure.

He was admitted to practice law in Italy, Turin Bar Association, in January 2010.

He was a trainee lawyer in some of the major criminal law firms in Turin and he deepened his competences on white collar crimes and commercial criminal law; since 2009 he has been collaborating with Studio Avvocato Andreis e Associati, dealing with company criminal law with particular reference to food law, environmental law and safety and hygiene on workplaces.

He also deals with the preparation of the devolution of power and he assists companies in judicial matters, including the ones in front of administrative authorities, with particular reference to the procedure pursuant to Law 689/1981.

He also gained significant experience in the field of Administrative Liability of Corporate Bodies (Legislative Decree 231/2001), drawing up the related Organizational models and taking part in the work of the Supervisory Bodies.

He usually is a speaker in conferences, seminars and courses

Lorenza got her Bachelor Degree in Law at University of Turin with a dissertation on criminal procedure law.

She is a member of Italian Bar Association since November 2008.

During her years as a trainee lawyer she specialized in food law, both in litigation and non-contentious matters, in her father’s law firm.

She lived five years in Brussels as a correspondent at the firm of Avvocato Massimo Moretto, expert in European Union law.

Over the years she has gained extensive experience in non-judicial activity in food law, giving advice to companies in this sector, deepening her competences in issues related to the production, distribution, presentation and advertising of food products.

She is author of several publications and she usually is a speaker in seminars and courses dedicated to food law; currently she collaborates with the firm from Luxembourg.

She speaks English and French.

Enrica got her Bachelor Degree in Law at University of Genoa with a dissertation in Administrative law.

She was a trainee lawyer and a trainee notary public in Genoa and Cuneo and since February 2013 is a member of the Firm Avvocato Andreis e Associati .

Admitted to practice law in Italy, Turin Bar Association, in November 2014, she received the award named “Toga D’Oro” from Turin Bar Association for the best scores obtained during the bar exam session 2013/2014.

In 2016 she was Criminal Law Tutor at Turin Bar Association Law School preparing trainee lawyers to sit the Bar exam.

She has gained a specific expertise in legal consultancy  in the food sector, deepening her knowledge studying European and national laws, case law and interpretative documents regarding preparation and marketing of foodstuffs (in particular, labeling, presentation and advertising) and the development of new products.

She gives legal assistance and specialized advices, also in industrial law, and cooperates in drafting of publications and opinions dedicated to food law.

She holds conferences and seminars in Italy and abroad.

She speaks English.

Luca graduated cum laude at the University of Turin with a dissertation in Criminal procedural law.

He is a member of Italian Bar Association since November 2011.

Since 2008, right after his Bachelor Degree, he has worked in one of Turin’s major criminal law firm for 10 years, gaining a significant experience in various areas of criminal law, both in litigation and non-contentious matters.

In 2016 and 2017 he was a member of the Commission for Criminal Affairs of Turin Bar Association.

In April 2018 he joined the Studio Avvocato Andreis e Associati, in which he carries out judicial and extrajudicial activities in more specific sectors, such as food law, hygiene and safety of work places, environmental law and the administrative liability of Corporate Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

He speaks English.
