In relation to this field, the Firm develops its activity regarding a preventive consultancy and assistance to clients standing before competent authorities.

The consultancy activity regards the study under the normative and the applicatory profile of the commercial communications, of the presentation, of the advertising of industrial products.

As to the normative profile, the study is devoted to deepening the examination of national and international regulations, and of self-regulation, on labeling and advertising of the products, unfair commercial practices and misleading advertising.

With regard to the applicatory profile, the study assists the customer in every half-formed phase of the presentation of the product and of the commercial message or of the advertising, collaborating, on a case-by-case basis, with the specific sectors of competence of the firm.

To confront the possible controversies in this field, the study assists and defends the clients appearing before the judicial ordinary authority, the Antitrust authority (AGCM), the jury of the advertising self-discipline and other administrative authority.
